The Comedy Warriors are all busy these days with projects and living their lives to the fullest:
-DARISSE SMITH is a part-time reporter for her local newspaper, “The Yucaipa News Mirror” and also a new contributor to the online veteran’s website, “Task and Purpose.”
In late August, Darisse will be on a rock climbing expedition hosted by “No Barriers,” a program that empowers veterans and transitioning service members with disabilities, as well as survivors of the fallen, to break through barriers, find their inner purpose and contribute their very best to the world. Go get ’em, girl!
-BOBBY HENLINE & JOE KASHNOW continue to do excel in standup comedy. They both recently performed in Vancouver, BC Saturday, August 1st in “A Night of Inspiration and Comedy” – benefitting the British Columbia Professional Firefighters’ Burn Fund.
-ROB JONES continues to push his physical limits. He recently participated in the Nantucket Triathlon. He continues with a full training schedule, hoping to qualify for next summer’s Paralympic games in Rio! Good Luck, Rob!
-STEVE RICE is happily working and enjoying family life raising two beautiful little girls. Steve recently participated in a charity golf tournament which raised $125,500 for “Tee It Up For The Troops” and “Disabled Sports USA.”
